1.将低筋面粉过筛。

2.黄油加入粉盆中切拌。

3.切拌均匀呈细屑状。

4.放入三分之二的蓝莓、白砂糖、泡打粉,混合搅拌。

5.鸡蛋磕入酸奶里搅拌均匀。

6.将酸奶蛋液倒入之前混合好的干料中。

7.搅拌一下,切勿搅拌过渡,面糊越粗糙越好。

8.将面糊装入耐高温纸杯中,约八分满。

9.面糊上撒上剩余的蓝莓粒.

10.入预热180度的烤箱,中层,上下火,20分钟。(.时间视模具和个人烤箱情况而定)
